Ingredients: 250g Wide rice noodles (soaked), 300g King Prawns, 4 Red chilies (smashed), 1 tbsp Garlic paste, 2 tbsp Oyster sauce, 1 tbsp Soy sauce, Handful of fresh Basil...

Ingredients

  • 250g Wide rice noodles (soaked)
  • 300g King Prawns
  • 4 Red chilies (smashed)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Handful of fresh Basil

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry garlic and chilies until they smell dangerous; add prawns and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  2. The Marriage Add the noodles; toss on maximum heat until they are slightly charred and smokey.
  3. The Bloom Add the silk sauces with a 30ml splash of water to steam the wide strands.
  4. The Finish Toss in the basil; serve immediately while the perfume is at its peak.
