THE BASIL REEF-STRANDS
(Our Play on Thai Prawn Drunken Noodles)

Ingredients
- 250g Wide rice noodles (soaked)
- 300g King Prawns
- 4 Red chilies (smashed)
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Handful of fresh Basil
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry garlic and chilies until they smell dangerous; add prawns and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- The Marriage Add the noodles; toss on maximum heat until they are slightly charred and smokey.
- The Bloom Add the silk sauces with a 30ml splash of water to steam the wide strands.
- The Finish Toss in the basil; serve immediately while the perfume is at its peak.
