- 200ml Strong Turkish Coffee
- 200ml Double cream
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Stir the spices into the boiling hot coffee; the heat will instantly swell the oils.
- The Silk Merge Whisk the spiced coffee and honey into the cream until soft peaks form.
- The Chill Refrigerate for 2 hours to set into a dark, aromatic mist.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw cocoa powder and crushed pistachios.
