- 400g Salt Cod (thick chunks)
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Potatoes (halved)
- 4 Baby Carrots
- 100g Green Beans
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 100ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
Cooking Method
- The Swell Boil potatoes, carrots, and eggs in salted water; add the cod for the last 8 minutes.
- The Bloom Whisk oil, vinegar, and pepper with a tiny 10ml splash of the hot cooking water; the heat will swell the pepper aromatics.
- The Marriage Arrange the cod, boiled veg, and halved eggs on a platter.
