- 250g Whole wheat flour (Atta)
- 150ml Water
- 1 tsp Oil
- 500ml Vegetable oil
Cooking Method
- The Mix Knead flour, oil, and water into a stiff, non-sticky dough.
- The Shape Divide into small balls; roll into perfect 10cm circles (not too thin).
- The Fry Heat oil until smoking. Drop a circle in; press gently with a spoon until it puffs into a ball.
- The Finish Flip and fry for 20 seconds until golden brown and airy.
