Ingredients

  • 250g Whole wheat flour (Atta)
  • 150ml Water
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 500ml Vegetable oil

Cooking Method

  1. The Mix Knead flour, oil, and water into a stiff, non-sticky dough.
  2. The Shape Divide into small balls; roll into perfect 10cm circles (not too thin).
  3. The Fry Heat oil until smoking. Drop a circle in; press gently with a spoon until it puffs into a ball.
  4. The Finish Flip and fry for 20 seconds until golden brown and airy.
