  • 250g Self-raising flour
  • 150g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 20g Melted butter
  • 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
  • Fresh coriander

Cooking Method

  1. The Mix Combine flour, salt, oil, and yogurt into a soft dough; rest for 5 minutes.
  2. The Shape Divide into 4 balls and roll to 0.5cm thick.
  3. The Scorch Lay dough in a dry, high-heat pan until bubbles form; flip.
  4. The Char Cook for 1 minute until charred brown spots appear.
  5. The Finish Brush immediately with garlic-butter glaze.
